1. FFU description
The FFU can be modularly connected and used, making the FFU widely used in clean rooms, dust-free consoles, dust-free production lines, assembled clean rooms, and local 100-class applications. FFU has an early and high-efficiency two-stage filter. The fan draws in air from the top of the FFU and is filtered by a primary and high-efficiency filter. The filtered clean air is delivered at a constant speed of 0.45 M/S±20% across the entire outlet surface. It provides high-quality clean air for clean rooms and micro-environments of different sizes, different cleanliness levels. In the newly-built clean room and clean plant type renovation and refurbishment, the cleanliness level can be improved, noise and vibration can be reduced, and the cost can be greatly reduced. The installation and maintenance are convenient, and it is an ideal component for a clean environment.
2. FFU advantages
1). Extremely low operation consumes power and reduces costs.

4). The fan filter unit fan adopts high efficiency centrifugal fan, which can provide high air volume and high static pressure conditions. The service life requirement is up to 50,000 hours.
5), suitable for use in cleanliness class Class 1-1000 class clean room.
6), especially suitable for assembly into ultra-clean production lines, can be arranged according to process needs for a single use, can also be more than one series to form 100 assembly line
7). Before the products leave the factory, they are all tested according to US Federal Standard 209E using dust particle counters to ensure quality.
