1. Air shower unit description
Double blows of double persons shower room is the necessary channel for the person to enter the clean room, and plays the role of airtight room closed clean room. It can reduce the pollution caused by people entering and leaving the clean area.
In order to reduce the large amount of dust particles brought by people's access, the filtered high-speed clean air is sprayed onto people, and it effectively and quickly removes dust particles and bacteria from the unclean area.
2.Air shower unit classification
1) Single blow type: A side plate has nozzles, suitable for low-demand factories, such as: food packaging or beverage processing, vat water production, etc.
2) Double blow type: Two side plates have nozzles, suitable for domestic food processing companies, such as: cake making, nuts and other small-scale enterprises
3) Three-blow type: There are nozzles on both side plates and on the top, suitable for export processing companies, or high-precision instruments and other demanding industries.
3. Air shower unit advantages
1). It adopts fully automatic control operation, two-door electronic interlocking, automatic induction shower, and double door lock when blowing.
2). Cold plate spray series, using multi-layer pickling technology, electrostatic dustless spray treatment.
3). Use stainless steel handle, thick stainless steel base plate, stainless steel nozzle as basic configuration.
4). It adopts digital display blowing time, air shower time is 0~99s adjustable, and shows the time of air shower.
5). The wind speed of the blower system designed with the new design concept can reach a super wind speed of 25m/s~32m/s, ensuring that the personnel and goods entering the clean room can achieve the perfect effect of complete dust removal.
